ABREU ADVOGADOS INVITED CLIENTS TO LEARN ABOUT THE NEW AMENDEMENTS TO THE PORTUGUESE LABOUR CODE

The Workshop’s objective was to exchange views on the recently proposed amendments to the Portuguese Labour Code, which focus mainly on the flexibility and adaptability of the duration of working time, on the working contract’s regime and, finally, on the cessation of working contracts based on just cause.
Two workshops were held, on November 27th, at Abreu Advogados Lisbon office and on December 11th, at Abreu Advogados Porto office.
