The Second edition of this Seminar took place on November 17, at the firm’s Lisbon Office and was co-organized by the Intellectual Property and IT Law Practice Area of Abreu Advogados and by DRC – Data Recover Center.
The Seminar was conducted by several Abreu Advogados lawyers such as: Miguel Castro Pereira, Leonor Chastre, Ana Sequeira, João Gonçalves de Assunção, Magda Sousa Gomes and Sérgio Gonçalves and several Forensic Informatics’ Experts, who transmited their perspectives on digital documents, its use and importance as a mean of proof in Court, as well as on other issues related with these themes, such as, video surveillance, personal data protection and spam, subjects that raise serious concerns on all economic agents and which are of the utmost importance to companies.
